The summer holidays continue to be full of special moments for the Dubai royal family. Currently in Yorkshire, England, HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, took to Instagram to document heartwarming interactions between his twins, Sheikha and Rashid, and their grandfather, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The photos shared with his 14.6 million followers see the Dubai ruler dressed casually as he spends time with the children. In one, Sheikh Mohammed gently props Sheikha by a doorway, while in the other, he is playing with Rashid. Like all other photos of his children, Sheikh Hamdan made sure to keep their faces away from view.

The post was also accompanied by a moving poem, penned by Sheikh Mohammed, and addressed to the twins. It fondly describes Sheikha as a child of “calm nature”, and Rashid as “stubborn and passionate”. “A friendly and joyful surrounding they create. York’s colder days are warmed up while they play,” it reads. “An ailing person would heal upon watching them. A balm to the wounded heart they are.”

Sheikh Mohammed and Sheikh Hamdan also made most of their time in the British countryside by going on a shooting trip together with the rest of their family members and friends. Photos from the outing posted by Sheikh Hamdan see them dressed in warm gear for the gloomy day. Previous snippets from his trip shared by Sheikh Hamdan show him paddleboarding, tending to horses, and even traveling on the London Underground.
