Prince Hussein of Jordan and Princess Rajwa Al-Hussein’s Singapore visit has officially kicked off, marking their very first official international outing since becoming a married couple.

According to a report by Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the royal couple’s two-day visit will include meetings with the city’s top officials, including Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Finance Minister Lawrence Wong, and National Security Coordinating Minister Teo Chee Hean. The future king and queen of Jordan will reportedly also meet individuals from Singapore’s academic industry. “Crown Prince Al-Hussein will visit the Institute of Technical Education and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy to discuss cooperation in human capital development,” the statement explained.

Joining Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa Al-Hussein on the journey is the Jordanian ministerial delegation, which includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi, Digital Economy Minister Ahmad Al-Hanandeh, and Planning and International Cooperation Minister Zeina Toukan.

After hours of anticipation, well wishers of the Jordanian royal family have now also got a glimpse at how Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa Al-Hussein spent their first day in Singapore. A fresh set of pictures show the young couple taking part in an extensive conference, joined by high-ranking officials from the country. While Prince Hussein attended in a sharp black suit, Princess Rajwa looked elegant as ever in an earthy floral print dress with a tie-up at the neck, sheer billowing sleeves, and a relaxed silhouette.

Given the royal’s penchant for soothing, neutral hues, it comes as no surprise that timeless number won her vote for the official outing. To complete her look, Princess Rajwa went with delicate jewelry, artfully tousled locks, and natural makeup.
