It’s hard not to appreciate a good pun, especially when it’s used to announce an upcoming wedding. British supermodel Jourdan Dunn took to social media yesterday to playfully share the news she’s engaged to rap artist and Lizzy streetwear label founder Dion “Sincere” Hamilton after a year of dating.
“Jourdan Dunn Hamilton…….has a nice ring to it!” wrote the former Vogue Arabia cover star on her Instagram post, announcing the engagement to her 2.4 million followers with a dazzling oval-cut diamond ring.
Well-wishers flooded her feed, including fellow former cover stars Hailey Bieber and Imaan Hammam, but the celebrations were far from over. Dunn shared a video on her Instagram story displaying the multiple bouquets of flowers, including dozens of red roses, sent to her as reactions of her big news in addition to a series of what looks to be engagement party snaps with her dancing the night away with close friends. The runway model ended the clips with another close-up of her ring with the caption, “I’m engaged. Good night x”.

Dunn first hinted at the potential nuptials a month earlier with a New Year’s photo of her beside the two men in her life, Hamilton and her 10-year-old son Riley, on a beach in Jamaica. “2009 my son entered my life, 2019 my life partner entered my life, stepping into 2020 with both by my side is priceless.” Congratulations to the happy couple!
