Fajer Fahad’s Guide to Hidden Paris Ahead of #PFW

Before Fajer Fahad became a contributing editor for luxury cosmetics boutique Violet Grey, the stunning Kuwaiti worked under Azzedine Alaïa in Paris as his head of public relations. The globe-trotting 28-year-old later moved to L.A. where she now rubs shoulders with some of Hollywood’s most renowned faces including celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkins and makeup artist Pat McGrath (who counts Fahad as part of her inner circle). Fahad now splits her time between Los Angeles, Paris, and Dubai. While in the City of Light, she prefers to eschew the usual fashion haunts in favor of zen tearooms, boulangeries, and flower shops. Fahad takes us on a personal journey of the most intimate spots in Paris to inspire your next trip.

L’ARROSOIR, 102 RUE SAINT-MAURA

Chandeliers cover the ceiling while pots, glass jars and stone urns overtake the floors. The floral fragrance that fills the air is similarly magical as the ambiance.

An attraction that never ceases to amaze me, the pyramid is as beautiful during the day as it is at night. It’s best viewed from the terrace of Café Marly. Quintessentially Paris.
