Noon by Noor Stages NYFW Show
Bahraini label Noon by Noor showcased its Fall 2019 ready-to-wear collection in New York on Thursday. Founded by cousins Shaikha Noor Rashid Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Mohammed Al Khalifa, the latest offering featured clean, feminine designs in a vibrant color palette of green, yellow, and coral, as well as brown, and black. The offering was punctuated with pleated, floor-length dresses, diaphanous blouses with ruched sleeves, expertly-cut camel coats, and fluid, ankle-grazing designs in vibrant colors.

Former Vogue Arabia cover star Halima Aden made an appearance at Sherri Hill’s Fall 2019 ready-to-wear runway presentation wearing a long-sleeved, crystal-encrusted gown in cyan blue, paired with a matching, artfully-tied turban.
Dima Ayad Makes NYFW Debut at 11 Honoré’s Show
11 Honoré made its NYFW debut last week, with an all-inclusive runway show that featured a dynamic cast of models from all backgrounds wearing designs from cutting-edge luxury brands that included the likes of Brandon Maxwell, Prabal Gurang, Zac Posen, Chromat, and the Middle East‘s very own Dima Ayad. The Lebanese, Dubai-based designer’s design in question included a red, plunging, sequin-embellished dress, which was worn with a green, equally dazzling bomber jacket.
