With her recent show at Paris Fashion Week, her long-awaited fragrance launch and a lead role in her husband David’s Netflix documentary, Victoria Beckham is clearly having a moment. While her hard work and natural ability aren’t in doubt, there might be more to her flurry of recent successes if her Instagram account is anything to go by. In between hosting sleepovers with her kids and partying with her husband in Miami, Victoria found time over the weekend to attend to her emotional energy with a post-full moon crystal washing session.
According to healer, spiritual coach and author of Crystals To Manifest, Emma Lucy Knowles, the timing of Victoria’s cleanse was spot on. “Around the time of a full moon people often do a big cleanse of their crystals. It’s a bit like doing a factory reset on your phone, you need to cleanse and purify the crystals of all the built-up energy that’s in them,” she says. “Think of it like washing your skin. The facets in the crystals are like pores. Washing them helps pull out all the impurities so that you can start again afresh.”
Although we got a glimpse of her wider collection, VB also shared her clutch of favorite stones as she set them out to air dry after their cleanse. Dominating the picture was a clear quartz cluster, a striking stone known for its ability to order energies. “This stone is a super connector,” agrees Knowles. “It has a really strong frequency and helps create harmony between lots of different energies, so it’s a great one to use in a family home.” Unsurprisingly it’s also a great crystal for helping to channel one’s own energy, helping to cut through the noise and empower decision making. “It’s a big energy stone for big energy people,” adds Knowles. “I like to think of it as helping to make things crystal clear, helping you to be discernible about who and what is right for you. It’s a stone that shows Victoria is comfortable with her energy and how she uses it.”

Smokey quartz and citrine, both of which support a sense of flow, can be seen in the image. While citrine, known as a flow stone, helps facilitate the smooth journey of whatever you project onto it, smokey quartz acts as a hoover helping to clear away the remains of any potentially harmful lingering energies from other people. The result, according to Knowles, is an ability to understand how to bring energy in and direct it out again with a laser sharp focus. Although there was never any doubt about Victoria’s powerhouse status, Knowles reiterates the sense of strength and determination that her choice of crystals represents. “These stones reveal a very strong woman and someone who is very much in their creative flow. Most importantly, they show that she is really enjoying being present in her own creativity,” she explains.
According to Knowles, now is the time to galvanise, take stock and prepare ahead of time. “2023 has been the year of exploration and research, of getting whatever kind of spiritual support you need to help you through. Next year, 2024, is the year of action.” If this is Victoria in prep mode, one can only imagine what she has planned next.
