The First Lady of South Korea Kim Keon Hee recently met with HH Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority and member of the Dubai Council at the Museum of the Future. The Dubai visit marked an important stop during her four-day official trip to the UAE with her husband, South Korea’s president Yoon Suk Yeol.

Kim is known for sporting noteworthy outfits in both neutral and bright hues since Yoon assumed the position in May 2022, and her look for a day at the museum was no exception. To meet with Sheikha Latifa, Kim sported a mustard yellow skirt suit paired with a white button-up and beige heels.

The 50-year-old opted for much darker hues for her initial visits to Abu Dhabi after landing on Saturday. Upon arrival, Kim went for a tailored beige suit with a blue scarf for a pop of color, while the official reception ceremony at Qasr Al Watan on Sunday saw her in a classic black trouser suit with a white shirt, which she topped with a brown headscarf at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. She was also pictured in a minimalistic black A-line dress for a meeting with UAE president His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at Qasr Al Watan.

Tuesday’s meeting at the Museum of the Future was also attended by HE Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Youth, and highlighted the strong partnership between the UAE and South Korea, while discussing ways to boost cooperation in the fields of culture and creativity. “Dubai and the UAE are keen to build solid partnerships with other countries and benefit from their skills, knowledge and expertise in various fields,” HH Sheikha Latifa said. Kim, who is the current chief executive officer and president of the art exhibition company, Covana Contents, also toured the museum, and stated, “The Museum of the Future is a unique scientific and intellectual center that has enhanced the city’s position as a global destination for innovation and technology.”
