See Everything Priyanka Chopra Wore on Her Wedding Weekend

From a traditional kurta to a Ralph Lauren wedding gown, don’t miss a look from Priyanka Chopra’s extravagant Indian wedding to Nick Jonas.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are officially married! Chopra, 36, wed Jonas, 26, in an multi-day Indian wedding at a palace in Jodhpur. The only thing more opulent than the event itself was Chopra’s many wedding outfits for the various traditional ceremonies the couple participated in, so we thought we’d break them all down here.

The union of Chopra and Jonas officially kicked off last week, when the couple arrived in Mumbai, closer to where Chopra’s family live, for a traditional Puja ceremony. From there, the couple flew to Jodhpur, where they participated in a traditional Indian Mehendi, Sangeet and Haldi ceremony, before their official wedding, which itself was in two parts. The first was a Christian ceremony, where the bride wore Ralph Lauren, followed by a Hindu ceremony that brought the epic five-day wedding to a close.

The main wedding events took place at the incredible Umaid Bhawan Palace, a grand palace in Jodhpur and the current residence of the former royal family. This is where the couple exchanged vows, after which fireworks lit up the sky.

For the five-day event, Chopra understandably wore five different looks, as did the groom, with both dressing like royalty for each of the occasions. Scroll through to see what the bride – and groom – wore for their wedding.

Puja ceremony
First off was the traditional pre-wedding Puja prayer ceremony, which took place at Chopra’s mother’s home on Wednesday. For the Puja ceremony, Chopra wore a blue kurta and matching trousers, while Jonas wore a pink kurta and ivory trousers – both by a label called Manish Malhotra World Designs.

Airport outfit
On Thursday, the pair flew to Jodhpur, the location of their wedding ceremony. The bride and groom were spotted in this relaxed outfit perfect for travelling.

Pre-wedding outfit
In another wedding outfit change, Chopra opted for a custom Ralph and Russo two-piece before the big day. The top and pant combination was complete with intricate beading, gold flecked detailing, chiffon sleeves and, of course, a train. She finished the look with soft wavy hair and a statement necklace.

Mehendi ceremony
Chopra and Jonas participated in a traditional Mehendi ceremony on December 1 in Jodhpur, a joyous celebration of the couple, which involves the traditional application of the henna paste onto the bride’s hands and feet. For this occasion, the bride wore a colourful organza sherwani, while the groom wore a pale green cotton Bakhiya kurta. Both looks were by the label Khosla Jani. “An important part for the girl in an Indian wedding is the Mehendi,” Chopra shared on Instagram. “Once again, we made it our own and it was an afternoon that kicked off the celebrations in the way we both dreamed.”

Sangeet ceremony
Following that, the couple took part in a traditional Sangeet ceremony, which involves choreographed traditional dancing and music that tells the story of the bride and groom. The bride wore a hand-embroidered gold and silver sari, while the groom wore a navy sherwani – both by the label Khosla Jani. “It all began as a fierce song & dance competition between the families but ended, as always, as a huge celebration of love,” Priyanka wrote on Instagram. “Nick and I were looking forward to the Sangeet (musical evening), another pre wedding ritual.. and to see what each side had put together. And what a performance it was. Each family telling our stories through song and dance, filled with lots of laughter and love. We were both filled with gratitude for the effort, the love and the laughter and will carry the memories of this special evening for the rest of our lives. It is an amazing start to a lifetime of togetherness for our families and friends.”

Christian ceremony
For the Christian ceremony on Saturday at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, the bride and groom both wore Ralph Lauren, a nod to their first ever red carpet appearance (before they were even officially dating) when they were guests of the designer at the 2017 Met Gala. The long-sleeve gown was adorned with more than 2 million mother of pearl sequins and featured a 22 metre veil. Chopra accessorised with Jimmy Choo shoes. “When we went in for the sketch presentation, they created exactly what I envisioned for myself on my wedding day… and I said, ‘Yes’ to the dress,” she told People. The groom wore a Ralph Lauren tuxedo and the brand dressed the entire bridal party – including the 12 bridesmaids and 12 groomsmen.

Christian reception
The bride revealed she had a stunning outfit change after the Christian ceremony, a second Ralph Lauren gown worn for the reception. Sharing the news with Hola Mexico, the gown was described as a “strapless column dress embellished with pearlescent sequins” and “overlaid with a hand-embroidered, high-neck coat with scalloped sleeves and satin-covered buttons.” You can see it above on the cover of Hola.

Hindu ceremony
For the Indian wedding on Sunday, also at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Chopra wore a traditional red lehenga, featuring a long skirt with a matching top and veil. The look was custom-made by Indian fashion designer, Sabyasachi. The groom wore a traditional Indian outfit comprised of a gold sherwani and dupatta, with a matching gilded turban, also by Sabyasachi.

Wedding reception
The couple hosted another wedding reception on Tuesday at the Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi. For this occasion, the groom changed into a velvet tuxedo, while the bride changed into a gold lehenga, reportedly by Falguni Shane Peacock India.

The second reception outfit
In what the couple are calling their “second reception” weeks later, Chopra and Jonas returned to India for another dinner with family and friends. The newlywed bride opted for a royal blue and gold dress for the occasion, whilst Jonas went with a dark grey suit.

The third reception outfit
Yes, there’s another one! Debuting yet another stunning outfit, Chopra stepped out in Mumbai on December 21 wearing her third reception dress of the celebrations. Designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, the outfit featured a baby blue tulle skirt and top with ornate blue and blush detailing.

Surprise!
Chopra wore another dress at her Jodhpur wedding at the Umaid Bhawan Palace—and we’re only seeing the first photos now thanks to new posts from her stylist, Mimi Cuttrell. The red custom Dior gown features a figure-hugging bodice and tulle skirt. The bride paired the striking gown with 16 carats of Chopard jewels.
