Are you craving a more minimalist, pared-down wardrobe in 2021? Have you been looking at those spur-of-the-moment fast-fashion buys with shameful regret? Look no further than the streamlined elegance of Saudi label, Leem, whose second drop of Fall 2020 is hitting stores within the first week of December.

Think pared-back lines in neutral shades, floor-length day dresses, hooded abayas with bell sleeves and seriously chic knitwear – timeless pieces that can inform the backbone of any modest wardrobe.

To mark its release, a short film captures the mood of the collection with models exploring graphic architecture in Leem’s signature fluid tailoring and easy layers.

Easy to wear, these are pieces in thoughtful cuts and fine fabrics – intelligent investment buys, if you will. Although categorized as FW20, there’s nothing time-sensitive in Leem’s designs so regardless of the season or indeed the weather, there’s an in-built versatility that enables a sustainable mix-and-match approach – something shoppers are prioritizing now more than ever.

Leem’s expansion has been inevitable and the brand has recently found a new retail partner via Debenham’s at The Galleria, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, marking its first point of sale in the capital. Located on the ground floor of the multi-brand store, the concession covers 33.7sqm of floor space and showcases Leem’s key signatures including elegant tailoring, abayas and knitwear in embellished neutrals and jewel tones.

Aimed at women who prefer a timeless and more conservative style, Leem’s position in fashion’s current zeitgeist couldn’t be more relevant. Building a sustainable wardrobe means investing in an intelligently curated selection of key pieces – and Leem has plenty of those.
