Retro Hollywood Glamor is the Real Winner of the 2020 SAG Awards

While everyone else may be busy talking about the already infamous Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt backstage reunion at the 26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards last night, we have our hands full with a red carpet affair that embodied retro Hollywood glamor in all the best ways.

Cinched waits were the trend of choice from Zoë Kravitz shedding the newly appointed Catwoman suit for an Oscar de la Renta column gown and above-the-elbow white gloves and Bombshell‘s Charlize Theron wearing a two-piece Dior ensemble with a subtle buckle to Sophie Turner making a bold statement in a hot pink strapless silhouette.

Angelic hues floated down the SAG Awards red carpet as well with Australian actor Yvonne Strahovski donning a cutout gown from emerging Emirati designer Khyeli and Millie Bobby Brown looking picture-perfect elegant in a Louis Vuitton pantsuit that is quickly cementing the 15-year-old star on our list of young style icons to watch.

As usual, Jennifer Lopez is a vision of Tinseltown royalty in a sweeping Georges Hobeika ballgown, leaving us questioning if we should add another accolade to her triple-threat status while Best Female Actor winner Phoebe Waller-Bridge took the stage in a crystal-embellished mesh outfit from Armani Privé that is just asking to be auctioned off like her Golden Globes suit.
