Shortly after sporting Saint Laurent‘s feather-embellished boots days after they debuted on the runway (she was also the first to don the brand’s highly sought-after Swarovski crystal-encrusted footwear,) the Vogue Arabia November cover star took to her Instagram page to share two striking selfies with her 58 million followers, wearing what is arguably Dolce & Gabbana’s most look-at-me accessory from the Spring 2018 runway: an oversized pair of rhinestone-adorned sunglasses that spell out the brand’s initials.
Indeed, Rihanna certainly knows how to make a statement with a single Selfie. Bad Gal fans might remember when the singer tweeted a picture of herself wearing the Italian house’s US $9,000 headphone crown last year, which ultimately sent fans into a frenzy. The gilded headgear sold out in less than 24-hours after the image went live on the Internet.
The look was paired with a swipe of bright red lipstick and captioned “stunna”, a nod to the superstar singer’s newest addition to Fenty Beauty, the first lipstick for the all-inclusive beauty brand. Dubbed “Stunna Lip Paint,” the product is perfect for the holiday season and will be available for purchase on November 23rd on FentyBeauty.com, Sephora.ae, and HarveyNichols.com, as well as in Sephora and Harvey Nichols stores.
She first announced the release of the liquid lipstick days ago via Instagram. “NOV. 23… get your lips ready,” the superstar singer wrote underneath the image. She later went on to share a 50-second tutorial, which shows her perfectly applying the matte, cherry-colored formula.
