Priyanka Chopra Jonas is already setting the standard for Grammy Awards‘ glam high this year. The Bollywood-turned-Hollywood star stole the show at the Pre-Grammy’s Gala red carpet event in Beverly Hills yesterday, with a bronze satin gown by Lebanese couturier Nicolas Jebran. The halter neck dress from the Arab designer‘s Beyond Infinity Spring/Summer 2019 collection features a cinched waist and thigh-high slit, giving a glimpse at Chopra Jonas’ matching pair of Stuart Weitzman pumps for an alluring monochromatic look.
Chopra Jonas is often found donning Middle Eastern designers at some of the industry’s biggest events, from a white beaded Zuhair Murad gown at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards to a Georges Hobeika princess-like ensemble at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. Meanwhile, Jebran has also been a designer of choice for the Grammy’s with Beyoncé and Colbie Caillat both wearing his creations at past ceremonies.

However, Chopra Jonas is not the only one who brought her A-game to the Pre-Grammy’s events surrounding the streets of Hollywood in the days leading up to one of the most coveted awards of the season. From former Vogue Arabia cover stars and renowned style icons Naomi Campbell and Rihanna dazzling in sequin mini dresses that lit up the evening with its warm hues to the next generation of musicians Dua Lipa and Becky G demonstrating the subtle fierceness of a blue power suit, the past few days welcomed a playful sartorial side of the stars before the big night. While black may have been the color of choice for Kate Beckinsale who opted for a sheer jumpsuit with overstated tulle sleeves and Nicole Scherzinger who made a contemporary statement in a velvet blazer dress, six-time Grammy-nominee Billie Eilish went full neon from her sunglasses to her footwear.
With just a few hours to go until the 2020 Grammy Awards and an already stellar line-up of looks in their repertoire, it’s clear the stars are ready to create even more memorable moments at this year’s ceremony.
