The Catene Collection

Pomellato’s Catene collection is a signature design that is loved across the globe, and now, the range welcomes three brand new statement rings into its family. A real life representation of the house’s rich heritage of chain making, the new Catene rings come in rose gold and rose gold set with white diamonds, or white gold set with white diamonds. Named after the Italian word for “chains”, these pieces stand out for their effortless elegance and versatility, complementing just about any mood, any silhouette, any occasion.

The latest Catene rings take inspiration from the oluptuous ‘gourmette’ links. Larger than traditional Catene pieces, these see the defined links connect to a solid shank, therefore letting the links move gently on the finger. The effect? Each ring stands out for its impeccable craftsmanship and makes a statement. Pomellato’s creative team works closely with Casa Pomellato’s 100+ goldsmiths to ensure each Catene ring boasts a flawless finish.

The Iconica Collection

One of Pomellato’s most successful collections, the Iconica line now also includes three new earrings, gender fluid rings, and multi-way necklaces. Embedded with stunning color-saturated gemstones, these are pieces that can add life into just about any look, and stand out for their seamless blending of geometric cuts and smooth curves.

Red garnet, London blue topaz and green peridot define the latest additions to the Iconica collection, where each creation brings together traditional goldsmithing techniques and the opulence of the Byzantine era, reminiscent of Pomellato’s early Bisanzio collections. The three gemstones haven’t been chosen without reason — these are stones that were particularly dear to Pomellato, and over time, have appeared in several precious jewelry collections. The Iconica collection uses the historical English flush-setting technique, where excess gold is removed to create a perfect hollow, into which baguette-shaped stones are then embedded. In the case of the neckpieces, Pomellato’s lariat-style necklaces are held together by adjustable gemstone-encrusted gold sliders which allow the wearer to decide how they want to style the pieces. The idea is to make fine jewelry fun. And with Iconica, Pomellato more than delivers.

The Iconic Nudo Collection

A Pomellato signature, the Nudo collection is best known for its bold color palette. The perennial favorite now boasts three new rings and earrings in exciting gemstone combinations of green, purple and blue. To create an almost surreal color depth effect, each Nudo ring is crafted by placing a translucent gemstone over a hard stone in a complementary hue. The green shades of prasiolite pop against slices of malachite and a pavé of green tsavorites. Purple amethyst commands attention atop slabs of mauve jade, complemented by an amethyst pavé ring. And London blue topaz works beautifully when placed over deep blue lapis lazuli, and then set off by blue sapphire pavé. Not your basic solitaire rings by a mile.

The defining traits of the Nudo line — available in both, petit and classic sizes — are its distinctive square silhouette and asymmetrical facetted cut, both of which draw more attention to the solid hue of the gemstone. But these rings needn’t be worn alone at all times. Nudo rings were in fact made specifically to be stacked, so each wearer can play with different hues to make a customized combination. Bonus: Nudo pieces are made entirely from sustainably sourced precious metals.

The Pomellato Together Collection

An ode to love in its many forms, the Pomellato Together collection aims to capture the connections that bind people together, be it as partners, friends, or family members. This range of rings and bracelets relies on simple Milanese elegance to celebrate human bonds with the use of double bands of gold, embellished with diamonds and gemstones, all linked together to create the illusion of two gold ribbons uniting. The Pomellato Together rings can be worn to either reveal or conceal their links. In the words of creative director Vincenzo Castaldo, “Our aim was to capture the beauty of togetherness in a very Pomellato way that is essential, inclusive and refined, inspired by Milanese design. The Pomellato Together collection celebrates modern love in all its wonderful diversity.”

Crafted by hand at Pomellato’s Milan atelier, the Pomellato Together collection is most loved for its seamless, never-ending lines, smooth finishing and sparkling stones. White and brown diamonds find their place on the rose gold bands, while blue sapphires and white diamonds adorn the white gold versions. On the rings, emeralds and rubies add color.
