If you’re looking to bolster your wardrobe of seasonal staples before jetting off on a tropical vacation this summer, then we have some very good news for you. Affordable Scandinavian favorite H&M has just launched an e-commerce portal for customers in the UAE. The brand, which first arrived in the Emirates in 2006, now offers online shopping across its womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, and homeware ranges. The site, hm.com, offers the same collections that shoppers will find in-store, the label revealed in a statement, adding that its own-brand beauty products will also be stocked online.

“We are very excited to launch our first H&M online store in UAE,” said Jazz Hayer, president of H&M at M.H. Alshaya Co. “Going online complements our ongoing expansion, as we aim to bring H&M to more customers. With this significant milestone, we are able to reach fashion fans that are still currently beyond the grasp of our stores in the country. We are looking forward to growing our online stores in new markets across the Middle East in the near future.”

Customers using the e-tail option can pay via credit card, debit card, or with cash on delivery, with complimentary shipping for orders over SAR/AED 200. The website also allows shoppers to send their purchases to selected stores across the UAE, to collect at their convenience, with a 15% discount currently given to first-time online customers. The newest launch brings the number of H&M online shopping portals in the region up to three, with e-commerce options already available in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

The brand’s recently unveiled modest line, entitled H&M LTD Collection, is also available online, after launching in stores on May 24. The limited-edition range, which focuses on covered-up dressing, has all the flair of any other H&M collection – bright colors, cozy fabrics, and so on. H&M also revealed its latest designer collaboration partner earlier this year, with Moschino set to release a capsule collection with the brand in November. The line, entitled Moschino [tv] H&M, will feature both womenswear (45 pieces), menswear (20 pieces), plus women’s and men’s accessories, with a price tag that ranges from approximately US $25 to $300.
