She dazzled on the balcony of Buckingham Palace over the weekend in Alexander McQueen, but Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, can do off-duty dressing as effortlessly as occasionwear. The royal, who welcomed her third child in April, was pictured at a charity polo match on Sunday afternoon wearing a high-street favorite. The best news? For the Maserati Royal Charity Polo Trophy, HRH turned to Zara for a chic, summer-ready midi in breezy blue and white, which she teamed with neutral wedges from Russell & Bromley. The Spanish clothing giant’s Striped Off-Shoulder Dress is currently available as part of its Spring 19 collection, and retails for SAR/AED 289. With artful ruching, a demure belted waist, and buttons through the front, the number was suitably relaxed for an afternoon spent relaxing on the grass.

The duchess brought her eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, along to the match, in which her husband, Prince William, participated. Just the day before, HRH indulged in a similarly spring-infused color palette, donning a pale blue Alexander McQueen dress and matching hat by milliner Juliette Botterill. This weekend marked some of the Duchess of Cambridge’s first public appearances since welcoming son Prince Louis on April 23.

The royal first stepped out just weeks after giving birth at the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but is expected to take a maternity break from official royal engagements over the coming months.
