Nadine Nassib Njeim Embraces the Goth Revival with Two Darkly Romantic Looks

Nadine Nassib Njeim stunned in archival Jean Paul Gaultier at last night’s starry gathering in Marrakech for the 2024 Fashion Trust Arabia Awards.

With archival fashion seeing a major revival on red carpets worldwide, the region’s very own Nadine Nassib Njeim made a strong case for vintage style at last night’s 2024 Fashion Trust Arabia Awards. For the star-studded ceremony in Marrakech, the Lebanese actor wore an archival Jean Paul Gaultier look, picked from the designer’s Spring 2009 haute couture collection by stylist Bilal Fakih. The black gown came with a figure-hugging silhouette, a statement bodice, and geometric details along the neckline. Paired with a sheer floor-grazing cape, the darkly romantic look aligned with the fashion world’s goth resurrection, and affirmed by Nassib Njeim’s black manicure for the evening — imagine, a modern-day Arab Morticia Addams, if you will. The star went minimal with her jewelry, only wearing a dainty diamond bracelet and chandelier earrings by Chopard.

Nassib Njeim stuck to the same aesthetic for her second look for the night, slipping into a homegrown designer’s creation this time. The black halter neck gown from Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad’s Ready-to-Wear Resort 2025 collection featured an embroidered detail with glittering crystals on the waist. The star completed the look with a pair of sheer black gloves with the same crystals as the dress, and matching wraparound heels. As for the actor’s glam? Rendered by her namesake beauty brand, the look featured a nude lip and a golden smokey eye, while her hair was styled with a side part and soft waves.
