Following the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show auditions in New York City this week, which saw the likes of Angels and runway hopefuls alike, the cast has finally been revealed. The lucky girls took to flooding our Instagram feeds to announce their spots on the runway in Shanghai come November – indeed, walking the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is a career milestone for most models. Joining the ranks of seasoned Angels Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Candice Swanepoel, as well as runway regulars Blanca Padilla and Cindy Bruna, is a crop of stunningly beautiful newcomers. Career highlights: Following in the footsteps of her model mother, Katoucha “The Peul Princess” Niane, Aiden Curtiss is forging her own path in the fashion industry. The 19-year-old was one of the season’s freshest faces, walking for Off-White, Miu Miu, Versace, and Bottega Veneta.
Career highlights: Walked the runway for Elie Saab, Dolce & Gabbana, and Viktor & Rolf, to name a few. The 19-year-old also featured in the debut issue of Vogue Arabia.
From: Born in Sudan, lives in America
Career highlights: Grace Bol is a mainstay on the catwalks of Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu, and Burberry. The model has racked up an impressive list of campaigns, too, such as Thom Browne, Balmain, and Balenciaga. Bol is also active in charity work and aims to promote diversity in the fashion industry.
Career highlights: Moody has walked the runways of Kenzo, Chanel, and Alberta Ferretti, among many others. She also has eight international Vogue covers under her belt, including Turkey, Italia, and Japan.
Career highlights: The up-and-coming model has a runway CV that comprises Ralph Lauren, Rebecca Minkoff, and Tory Burch. This year, she’ll be walking the Victoria’s Secret runway for the first time with her best friend and fellow model, Bruna Lírio.
