Shortly after confirming that he’s #notgoinganywhere, Nicholas Ghesquière (who recently renewed his contract with Louis Vuitton) staged the French maison’s Cruise 2019 show. Held at the Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul de Vence, France, the creative director sent out an eclectic collection in front of a star-studded front row that included actors, It girls, and brand ambassadors dressed head-to-toe in Louis Vuitton.
Among the attendees was newly-minted face of the brand Emma Stone, along with French actress Léa Seydoux, and long-time brand muse Jennifer Connelly. Also in attendance was Sienna Miller, who sat alongside Game of Thrones‘ Sophie Turner, BlacKkKlansman actress Laura Harrier, and Oscar nominee Ruth Negga (all of whom have starred in Louis Vuitton ads).
Fresh from the 2018 Cannes Film Festival, Algerian-French singer Camélia Jordana and Jessica Kahawaty were also present at the Fondation Maeght to take in Ghesquière’s fifth resort collection for the house. From South Korean actress Doona Bae to Louis Vuitton FROW fixture Isabelle Huppert, discover which A-listers sat front row in the gallery above.
