Lindsay Lohan made a strong return to the red carpet this week for the premiere of her new Netflix film Irish Wish.
Lindsay Lohan has embarked on the promotion of her new film Irish Wish starting with the NYC premiere of the Netflix romantic-comedy. For the occasion, the Dubai-based actor had a vintage moment in radiant silk, as she stepped out on the red carpet in a white John Galliano number. The sleeveless dress featured a minimalistic silhouette with the exception of ruching down the bodice.

Lohan paired it with a long off-white coat thrown over her shoulders for some pictures, however, it was also her jewelry that shared the spotlight just as much. Paired with other metallic pieces was a dainty necklace that read the name of Lohan’s son Luai, whom she gave birth to in July 2023 with her husband, Kuwaiti financier Bader Shammas. The premiere was a family affair in more ways than one, as Lohan was also joined by her siblings Aliana and Dakota on the red carpet.

Irish Wish marks Lohan’s second film on Netflix as part of her multi-project deal with the streamer, following her comeback title Falling for Christmas. Set to release on the platform on March 15, Irish Wish sees Lohan star as Maddie, an introverted book editor attending the wedding of her best friend to a man she believes is the love of her life. “It’s a nice story of luck and love and confidence,” Lohan told Netflix’s Tudum. “Maddie’s [one of the only] characters that I’ve played [who’s] a woman on her own making her way in the world.”
“We shaped her in a way that she was a bit more insecure in the beginning, and then she grows throughout the movie, and by the end, she really comes into her own,” she added. “It’s important to put yourself first and know your worth. If you know you deserve better, go for it and get it.”
