Everyone’s favorite American marketing executive in France is back! At last night’s premiere of Emily in Paris Season 4, Lily Collins channeled her character in a stunning couture look.
Stars of the hit Netflix series Emily in Paris gathered for the premiere of Season 4 Part 1 at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood last night. Doing justice to her stylish titular character Emily Cooper and her newfound home in Paris, former cover star Lily Collins walked the red carpet in a dazzling couture piece by Armani Privé. The black gown stood out for combining three different textures in a unique silhouette—the strapless bodice featured black sequins, while the peplum waist came with glittering silver stripes, and the skirt was made up of sheer checkered embroidery. Celebrity stylist Andrew Mukamal paired the look with dainty silver jewelry by Cartier, alongside Collins’ wedding band.

From loungewear to formals, Emily Cooper has shown plenty of range in the series, which makes the star’s look from last night not too dissimilar from something her character would wear. The only difference? The Collins’ blunt bob, which she revealed earlier this summer, and joined names like Gigi Hadid, Balqees, and more in the transformation. Although “très chic”—as Emily Cooper would say—the short hairstyle would not be a part of the Agence Grateau employee’s look this season. However, fans can expect plenty of new fashion to love as the story picks up in winter this time around, showcasing characters in cozy knits and layers by costume designer Marilyn Fitoussi.
As for the story itself, Collins revealed to People that Emily in Paris fans will “finally get to see a little bit of what they’ve been waiting for” in Season 4. “Well, we start out with a failed wedding and a baby on the way and love feelings expressed within a love triangle,” she added. “And this season we get to see a choice being made and the decision that comes with that and what unfolds.”
