Dubai-based graphic designer and fashion influencer Leena Al Ghouti has teamed up with her brother Hasan Al Ghouti to create their own streetwear brand, Stacks. Launched earlier this year in February, Stacks is a clothing brand holding connections to 90s nostalgia, yet has refreshed the streetwear design to reflect the modern world.

Known for her timeless and classic sense of modest style, Palestinian-Canadian Leena Al Ghouti has cemented her role as one of the region’s “it-girls,” and is now channeling the same into the designs for her own brand. She joined her younger brother Hasan Al Ghouti, on his clothing brand Stacks, aligning with his goals to “create a contemporary clothing line that allows [its] audience to express their own individuality while feeling good in their own skin.”

“Stacks is a gender-fluid streetwear brand where the main focus is to provide groundbreaking designs and unique materials at reasonable prices. Similar to the visual identity, our garments have become a uniform to express individuality and uniqueness,” the siblings said about their company.

Stacks is “inspire by the street, perfected by passion” and features a collection of unisex products including hoodies, jumpers, T-shirts, and joggers among others. The Season 1 collection has been established to be “comfortable yet stylish” and “basic yet colorful”. With pops of color including electric blue, mint, and red featuring on its hoodies and joggers, Stacks’ mixology of designs looks to find the balance between bold yet relaxed.

Stacks’ most recent campaign, featuring aspiring filmmaker Lana Al Beik and model Zeid Jaouni, focuses on the idea of being able to “See the Unseen” and the “diversity of perspectives and mindsets that is reflected in our modern world”. The signature hoodies were showcased in images and videos seen in usual settings, which the brand explains allows their “audience to use their imagination in visualizing the unseen.”
