While only available in Saudi Arabia at present, plans to expand into the UAE and other GCC markets are set to come to fruition before the end of the year.
Creating a personalized experience for each user, the app allows customers to create accounts via the “sign-up” page, which in turn secures personal information via a user-friendly interface, making for a comfortable and seamless experience. Myriad benefits are applied to those who sign up, including the opportunity to view items or incur promotions before they appear in-store.
With free delivery offered on all standard orders, customers can expect to receive their purchases within 3-5 business days of placing their order. There are also a number of payment methods available, including Visa, Mastercard, Mada Debit Card, and Apple Pay. While currently unavailable due to the ongoing restrictions of Covid-19, cash on delivery will also be accepted in the foreseeable future. In addition to the flexible payment methods, customers can also take advantage of the brand’s 15-day return policy, which comes into play from the time an order is delivered or collected. Options to be refunded via the original payment method, or via store credits are both available.
With its user-friendly specifics and on the go accessibility, the new Leem app gives modern-day women flexible access to sophisticated, modest fashion anytime and anywhere.
