Kylie Jenner Offers a First Look at Her Upcoming Swimwear Line, Kylie Swim

Kylie Jenner has given her followers a first glimpse at her upcoming swimwear line, Kylie Swim. A series of three Instagram stories that aired August 16 featured 1980s-style cut-outs and bold, sunset hues with a splash of neon and glitter. Jenner’s first story was her posing for a mirror selfie wearing a lace-up trikini that resembled an ombré sunset. “Working on @kylieswim and I can’t wait to share,” she captioned the photo. The one-piece features a high neck, a crossover detail to snatch the waist, and a barely-there high rise bottom. In the second story, the 24-year-old went on to share some behind-the-scenes polaroids from the set of a Kylie Swim shoot, meaning the swimwear is likely getting shot for release. Her final teaser included a video of a red bustier-style one-piece with a waist cut-out.

The brand’s Instagram has also been updated with one post, of Jenner wearing the same trikini, and says “coming soon” in its bio. The site has already racked up 360K followers at the time of writing, much like her daughter Stormi’s unreleased brand, Kylie Baby, which currently has 885K Instagram followers at the time of writing despite Jenner only hinting at its launch.

Back in May 2021, Jenner had trademarked “Kylie Swim” and “Kylie Swim by Kylie Jenner” but she did not make any official announcements. The trademark requests were for beach cover-ups, headwear, tops, bottoms, footwear, robes, sunglasses, towels, outdoor blankets, and beach bags. However, Jenner has not shared the release date of her new venture yet.

She is not the only Kardashian sister dipping her toes into the swimwear market. While Khloé Kardashian’s Good American brand is already sells bathing suits, Kim Kardashian seemingly confirmed plans to launch her own swimwear line last week. Jenner also filed to trademark “Kylie Body” and “Kylie Hair” in 2019, although she is yet to cash in on categories outside of her eponymous skin and cosmetics brands.
