After making headlines by wearing the Marilyn Monroe ‘Happy Birthday’ dress at the 2022 Met Gala, Kim Kardashian has paid a visit to the iconic piece. The entrepreneur and reality TV star was recently spotted at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! in Hollywood with her daughter North, to view the highly talked-about dress one more time.

For her day out, Kardashian was unsurprisingly dressed in Balenciaga from head to toe, mainly owing to the coveted Pantaleggings with attached heels which she has come to love. This time, the bodycon bottoms came in vibrant bubblegum pink and were paired with a matching cropped Balenciaga Political Campaign hoodie. The mother-of-four completed her monochrome outfit with a Balenciaga Hourglass XS bag with pink rhinestones. Her blonde hair, which is now matching that of her partner Pete Davidson’s, was worn down and styled in a wet look.

Although Kardashian wearing the dress at the recent Met Gala was a divisive moment, it has led to the piece’s value going over US $10 million from the previous $5 million. The nude-colored figure-hugging dress was famously worn by Monroe in 1962, when she sang the happy birthday song to the then US president John F Kennedy. Currently on a mannequin inside a glass case, the memorabilia is set to tour Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Attractions worldwide through 2023.
