Kate, Princess of Wales, and William, Prince of Wales joined the highly-awaited royal wedding of Jordan’s Crown Prince Hussein and Rajwa Al-Saif today. Arriving at the Zahran Palace, the British royals were greeted by Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania as smiles, hugs, and pleasantries were exchanged.
For the special occasion, Kate championed the Arab world in a modest dress by Lebanese designer Elie Saab, picked from the brand’s FW 2017 couture collection. Featuring a high neck, the breezy number showcased an ultra-feminine silhouette with a light, layered skirt. Swirling embroidery and lace detailing covered the bodice and bell-shaped sleeves of the dress. The mother-of-three wore her hair in elegantly-styled waves while accessorizing her dress with cream-colored earrings and a metallic clutch. For his part, Prince William went with a timeless and fail-safe navy blue suit, white shirt, and a blue tie.
The couple is one of the many royals who is in attendance at the wedding, including Denmark’s Crown Prince Frederick and Crown Princess Mary, Japan’s Princess Takamado, King Philippe of Belgium, Princess Catharina-Amalia of the Netherlands.
