From the moment Jennifer Lopez set foot on the red carpet at the 2000 Grammys, her life would be forever linked with Versace’s jungle print. The dress that broke the internet (back when everyone had dial-up) is now remembered as one of the best celebrity outfits of all time. Two decades later, Lopez has worn versions of the pattern onstage during her Dance Again world tour, in the music video for I Luh Ya Papi, and on the runway during Versace’s spring 2020 collection. Most celebrities avoid repeating anything, but the multi-talented star continually finds new ways to incorporate the motif into her outfits. Case in point: this weekend in Miami, as she and fiancé Alex Rodriguez headed to brunch with their children, Lopez sported a low-key version of look. In Versace jeans, a matching blouse, and the brand’s mini-chain purse, she was relaxed yet glamorous.

Even in a casual material like denim, the jungle print stands out, its punchy shades of green and gold lending Lopez’s look added oomph. It wouldn’t be a Lopez outfit without a standout shoe, and her customized Versace Greca chain sneakers were a chic final touch. White and yellow with her personal logo etched in metallic letters, they underscored the ongoing collaboration between Versace and the J.Lo brand. With albums, movies, and a newly launched accessories line of her own, Lopez is a one-woman industry, and throughout her record-breaking career she’s maintained a close relationship with Donatella and her team. Currently starring in the house’s campaign alongside Kendall Jenner, Lopez remains the ultimate Medusa-clad muse—and her latest look signals there are plenty more Versace moments to come.

Here, the superstar’s best moments in her signature print.
