Luxury Swiss watchmakers Jaeger-LeCoultre are launching an exclusive digital Care program. The initiative will benefit global customers who desire personalized content, technical expertise, and education that’s just a click away.
Customers who want advice on their clocks without having to go to one of their outlets can benefit from advice tailored specifically to their timepieces when they register their Jaeger-LeCoultre pieces on their dedicated online platform. Those who register will also be able to avail of an 8-year International Limited Warranty across all clocks and watches.

We continuously invest in the satisfaction of our valued customers and this program and warranty offer is a true milestone designed to assist our customers in knowing better and taking care of their timepieces,” said Catherine Rénier, the CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre, in a statement.
Care program customers will also receive exclusive benefits both in-store and online. At one of their boutiques, guests can experience added-value services regarding maintenance or enhancement of their timepieces, such as functional checks or an engraving tool. Online, they can experience information and advice provided by Jaeger-LeCoultre craftsmen on their specific timepieces.
The set of new services will be managed via a dedicated online platform available in 12 languages. Those who use the Chinese messaging app Wechat will also benefit from the program thanks to the integration of the platform.
