Burberry Beauty has announced Iris Law (16) as its new brand ambassador and unveils her first ever international campaign for the new Liquid Lip Velvet range. The British model––who counts Kate Moss as her godmother––joins the ranks of Edie Campbell, Cara Delevingne, Lily Donaldson, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as beauty star for the storied fashion house, which was first established in 1856.
The rising star shared the new Burberry campaign shot on her Instagram, stating “[S]o honoured and excited to have become part of the @Burberry family as the new face of Burberry beauty #LiquidLipVelvet,” to her 45.7K followers. Sadie Frost also shared the campaign on her profile with the proud caption “My little girl.” With Lily-Rose Depp as the face of Chanel Beauty and recent campaigns featuring Lila Grace Moss Hack and Anais Gallagher, the industry’s trend for hiring A-list offspring royalty as the faces of major brands is feverishly in motion—whoever will be next?

Burberry has also announced its Tumblr page, which will be laser-focused on beauty mood boards and texture inspiration for the makeup aficionado. Liquid Lip Velvet is available in 14 matte cream lip colors with a velvet-finish estimated to last for eight hours. The Burberry Beauty team shared its quick-fire tips to recreate Iris’s look (even if you are en route to an event or in between meetings): “Starting at the Cupid’s bow, trace the lipline with Lip Definer in Oxblood No.14 and fill in the lips about one third of the way to create definition and precision. Fill in the lips with Liquid Lip Velvet in Oxblood No.53, following the shape made with the Lip Definer. Use the flat side of the applicator for the fuller lip areas, and the tip of the applicator for along the edges and Cupid’s bow,” states the Burberry Beauty team.
