It’s hard not to notice the neon-lit Vogue Arabia x Facilité pop-up at the corner of Dubai Design District (d3), but the colorful exterior complements the illuminating message within its four walls: #BuyArabDesigners. After the success of Vogue Arabia’s digital campaign on supporting homegrown creatives last year, the magazine teamed up with the multi-dimensional concept space Facilité to feature an exclusive collection of Arab and Dubai-based designers this winter season. An intimate evening launch on December 8 welcomed influential talent from the region, including many of the designers themselves, to the much-anticipated debut showcase.

“This festive season, buy regional brands to support our fashion industry, so we can all grow together,” said Vogue Arabia editor-in-chief Manuel Arnaut. “Indeed, design and fashion are an integral part of a region’s culture, and it is up to us to celebrate this heritage through the work of our creative system.”

At the launch, shoppers wandered the aisles of a carefully-curated selection of 16 Middle Eastern brands’ latest collections, from chic ready-to-wear labels to statement accessories and eye-catching jewelry.
