Hollywood Glamour at Ingie Paris Spring 2018

Ingie Paris Spring 2018 Ready-to-Wear

For her Ingie Paris Spring 2018 collection, Ingie Chalhoub turned to the golden age of Hollywood for inspiration. Specifically translated to a series of multi-colored prints, dazzling evening gowns, and free-flowing silhouettes, the offering is definitively feminine, staying true to the design ethos the luxury brand was founded on.

The collection is rife with evening ensembles, such as expertly-tailored pantsuits, oversized blazers, and elegant gowns–faithful to Ingie Chalhoub’s signature (read: bold and sparkling). Chalhoub infused the collection with a lineup of pastel-toned kaftans and printed, ultra-comfortable separates, which are primed for summer nights. Meanwhile, a sparkly, disco-inspired jumpsuit replete with sheer sleeves is for the woman with an overflowing social calendar—especially if paired with one of the collection’s stilettos, sandals, and open-toe platforms adorned with ruffles and flower details of dahlias and orchids. Oversized, statement pearls add plenty of va va voom to the collection.

Ingie Paris launched as a ready-to-wear capsule collection in 2009 and has since evolved from producing eveningwear pieces to include a range of cocktail dresses, daywear separates, and accessories. The first Ingie Paris flagship store opened in Kuwait in 2013 at The Avenues Mall. Regional selling points include Chalhoub’s multi-brand concept store Etoile La Boutique, Saks Fifth Avenue across GCC locations, as well as Harvey Nichols in Riyadh. Ingie Paris made its official Paris Fashion Week debut during Fall 2016.
