The Arab world’s two powerhouses are collaborating on a luxury residence located in Dubai. Announced on Friday, April 5, real estate development company Emaar and Lebanese couturier Elie Saab will work together on a beachfront tower offering panoramic views of the Dubai skyline and Palm Jumeirah.

Elie Saab’s creations have been worn by many A-list celebrities as they walked down red carpets with his romantic gowns stealing the show every time. The same aspects of glamor and elegance are said to be captured by the couturier in his interior-designs of the one- and three-bedroom apartments boasting private balconies, as well as the four-bedroom penthouses overlooking the Arabian Sea and Dubai Marina.

Named “Saab Residences”, the property will form part of the 20-tower under development residential community, Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour. The ground level of the tower will celebrate 1930’s Art Deco as it will house boutique fashion stores, cafés, lobbies, and galleries, all designed by Elie Saab.
Alongside the project, Alabbar also announced that Saab will have his own star on the Dubai Stars in Downtown Dubai which is walkable tribute similar to Hollywood’s Walk of Fame and will be unveiled in October.
