There are many ways to do a Paris couture week front-row appearance. While celebrities like Cardi B, Kim Kardashian, and Doja Cat have taken the internet by storm with dramatic ensembles in the past, there are some who continue to stun with understated glamour. Tunisian actor Dorra Zarrouk made a case for the latter on Monday at the Georges Hobeika Fall 2023 couture show.

For the buzzy presentation, Zarrouk opted for a minimal dress from the Lebanese fashion house. The backless light peach number came with caped sleeves with panels extending down the sides, and lent a formal look to the much-loved star’s rare fashion week attendance. Stylist Youmna Moustafa paired the dress with dainty diamond jewelry and sparkling strappy heels, while Zarrouk sported one of her signature updos with a side bang. As for her makeup, the actor’s eyes were highlighted with a bold cat-eye and defined lashes, with a nude lip completing her glam for the day.

Zarrouk took to Instagram to share a series of photos from the show which included her posing in front of the Eiffel Tower, and sitting front row with Vogue Arabia editor-in-chief Manuel Arnaut. Besides Zarrouk, a number of renowned names from the region showed up in support of Georges Hobeika’s second year on the couture week calendar, and for its new creative director Jad Hobeika. In attendance were Ameni Esseibi, Cynthia Samuel, Hala Abdallah, Nada Baeshen, Mahira Abdelaziz. The show also came to a close with a bridal look modeled by Saudi beauty and former Vogue Arabia cover star Amira Al Zuhair.
