For the Arab Excellence and Creativity Summit Awards that took place last night in New Cairo, Egypt, Zarrouk went with a strapless dress by Lebanese designer Nour Fathallah. Dorra Zarrouk’s black gown came with a body-hugging silhouette, and stood out for its elegant sculptural detailing along the waistline.
