Deborah Lyons‘ label was launched in late 2016. Her debut collection was sold in London department store Harrods, setting high expectations for her label’s future. The designer’s global attitude portrays a positive message for customers. From the very start, Lyons looked to women from across the globe for inspiration, examining how they live life in the fast lane and what wardrobe staples they require. In an interview with WWD, the designer said: “The line is designed to be worn in any environment that defines the customer, whether it’s in the Middle East, London or New York.” Lyons added that she sees “the clothes playing into their lives and therefore they need to function wherever you are going.”

“Focusing on the transformative power of the four seasons, the SS18 collection is a portal to the warmer months,” Lyons tells Vogue Arabia. Slit bell sleeves, layering, tone-on-tone contrasting, customisable elements, and high-octane shine all with an underlying 90’s throwback vibe. Spring is playful and fun, just the way it should be.”
