It may be hard to believe that you could be one of the few to watch one of Paris Fashion Week‘s most coveted shows, but our livestream of Chanel’s Fall-Winter 2020/21 presentation is giving you a virtual front-row seat in an audience brimming with some of the industry’s biggest trendsetters. The next season’s collection will be unveiled March 3 in the luxury maison‘s French hometown for a show that is sure to be rooted in Chanel‘s timeless heritage.

Being Virginie Viard’s second ready-to-wear show since Karl Lagerfeld’s passing a little more than a year ago, expectations continue to run high for the new artistic director but longtime collaborator of the house. Yet, if Viard’s previous SS20 show with reimagined tweed sets and mini coatdresses is any indication, not only will expectations be met but also surpassed for the next wave of closet staples reminiscent of Chanel’s essential silhouettes and fabrics.

A series of familiar It girls strolled down the runway atop the roof of Rue Cambon last season, including former Vogue Arabia cover stars Gigi Hadid and Nora Attal as well as Kaia Gerber. However, it may have been French comedian Marie Benoliel who unexpectedly hopped up and joined the ranks of this generation’s top models in a tweed suit and signature quilted Chanel bag of her own that became one of the most recognizable faces of the show after Hadid escorted her off the runway. Tune in below to indulge in the classic femininity of Chanel’s sartorial creations and see if any other surprise guests will make their fashion week debut tomorrow.

Watch the Chanel FW20 show live from the runway here on Tuesday, March 3 at 10:30 am Paris time (1:30 pm UAE time/12:30 pm KSA time).
