To celebrate her 22nd birthday, Gigi Hadid dressed to the nines in what else? Millennial pink. The supermodel rang in the special occasion with a scenic helicopter ride around New York with her mother Yolanda Foster and younger sister Bella, wearing a white crop top from Bella’s Chrome Hearts collection and cuffed jeans heightened by a muted pink duster coat by Alice + Olivia and Gucci fur-lined loafer slides in the same millennial shade. She completed the look with a pair of aviators by L.G.R and a bouquet of red roses, naturally.
The family’s skyline ride was followed with a custom birthday cake from her boyfriend Zayn Malik, which was captured in an adorable photo posted on her Instagram and captioned with a simple double-heart emoji.
The model took to Snapchat to share some of her birthday gifts such as stuffed toys, a pinata and a box of Venus et Fleur roses, which last up to a year and cost US $600.
Later on in the evening, the newly minted 22-year-old swapped her classic blue jeans and blonde, center-parted bun in favor of a pair of Cinq à Sept velvet pants and a hot pink wig to celebrate with her supermodel crew. Karlie Kloss took to Instagram to share photo-booth snaps of the two side-by-side, with Hadid sporting faux, candy-floss pink hair complete with blunt bangs. The Vogue Arabia cover girl sported a pair of rose-tinted, Lennon-esque glasses that further elevated her style, and offered a fresh take on head-to-toe pink. HBD.
