Just after the release of Beyoncé‘s Netflix special, Homecoming, the singer surprised her fans by dropping a live album to coincide with the documentary. Named Homecoming: the Live Album, the record features live tracks from her two-weekend iconic performances at Coachella 2018.
Beyoncé took to Instagram to share the cover art of her new album which shows the Queen B wearing a heavily embellished headpiece by Lebanese couturier Nicolas Jebran. The Grammy-award winning singer has proven herself to be a fan of Arab designers on many occasions. Like when she wore two ensembles by Middle Eastern designers in the same night, one of which was a black Nicolas Jebran gown she attended the 2018 Grammy Awards in.
“It’s always an honor to work with Beyoncé,” Jebran shared with Vogue.me previously. “The touch she adds to her dresses, with all the elegance, the power and attitude makes the all time experience worth it. Working with Queen B has always been different in its own sense, the fact that her outfits tend to always tell a story and behold a discrete intention makes the job demanding yet thrilling at the same time.”
The designer also shared the cover art on Instagram, captioned with, “Taking the headlines to a totally new level… @beyonce never ceases to amaze the world, and she chooses #NicolasJebran again…”
