Trust Beyoncé to throw a party weeks after her birthday and still bring some of the hottest names in the fashion and entertainment industries together under one roof. Riding the wave of success following her immensely popular album Renaissance, the Grammy-winning artist celebrated turning 41 on September 4 with a star-studded bash in Los Angeles this weekend.
On the long list of invitees were Kim Kardashian, Zendaya, Bella Hadid, Adele, Drake, Lily-Rose Depp, Lizzo, Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, Kris Jenner, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, and Vanessa Bryant. The theme for the evening? All things disco, judging from the sparkly sequin-covered looks sported by the guests, and the genre of Beyoncé’s chart-topping tracks from her latest album. Kim Kardashian was naturally among the best-dressed attendees with her choice of a dazzling red and black animal print catsuit, which she paired with her signature futuristic shades, and a mini Balenciaga purse.
As always, Beyoncé kept things on the down low while staying away from the cameras even when her husband Jay-Z made an appearance in a silk red suit. This get-together in a Bel-Air mansion marks the second high-profile and hush-hush party hosted by Beyoncé. Earlier in August, the star threw a Studio 54-inspired launch party for Renaissance, which was attended by Leonardo DiCaprio, Donald Glover, Kendrick Lamar, Janelle Monae, Normani, Chloe Bailey, Yara Shahidi, and more.
