At the BAFTAs, Lady Gaga made a case for old Hollywood glamour by walking the red carpet in a sultry Ralph Lauren Collection gown in deep green velvet, and over at the 2022 Critics’ Choice Awards, Squid Game star HoYeon Jung had a stand-out sartorial moment in an artfully sculpted Louis Vuitton Spring 2022 gown in silver and gold.

Another celebrity spotted giving Louis Vuitton some love this week was Selena Gomez. The musician attended the Critics’ Choice Awards in a scarlet caped gown by the fashion house, which featured a peek-a-boo keyhole neckline and a bejeweled clasp. It’s safe to say that red is a color few can carry off the way Gomez does.

Close to 20 years since its debut NYC show, the label showcased an eclectic collection in Brooklyn, which took inspiration from nature and the importance of community. After years of attending the Met Gala in one noteworthy look after another, Blake Lively has officially been confirmed as one of the co-chairs of the 2022 edition of the fashion extravaganza, and will be joined by husband Ryan Reynolds, along with Regina King and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
