Arab representation is once again in full force in northern Italy as stars descend for the 79th Venice Film Festival, with stylish looks in tow.

Serving up not one, but three noteworthy outfits during her time in the city was Dorra Zarrouk. After attending an event in a flattering red number, the Tunisian actor was spotted in a modest co-ord by Valentino. The cream-colored pussybow blouse came with two low pockets emblazoned with the fashion house’s logo in pink and black, which Zarrouk matched with a sparkling Valentino Garavani Locò bag.

For her third and most glamorous ensemble of the week, Zarrouk chose to champion regional talent by opting for a black gown by Kuwaiti label Bazza Alzouman, for an event hosted by the Red Sea International Film Festival. The sophisticated off-shoulder number came with balloon sleeves going into mesh, fingerless gloves, and featured a mermaid silhouette. The actor showed off the dress’ sweetheart neckline by wearing her hair up in a slicked-back bun, and a dazzling necklace by Messika Jewelry. A bold creamy red lip and defined eyes completed her look.

Egyptian-Italian model and philanthropist Elisa Sednaoui Dellal also made a case for black at the film festival. For the opening night, the former Vogue Arabia cover star was dressed in a strappy, sequined number by Ermanno Scervino, picked from the brand’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection. When it comes to colors, Arwa Gouda went all out in a lime green kaftan by Valentino and turquoise jewelry by Alessia Boschi.
