Prepare to pull out your credit card, because Bazza Alzouman’s eveningwear debuts on Moda Operandi today. Known for supporting emerging brands, the luxury online retailer has joined forces with the Kuwaiti designer to host an online trunk show for two weeks, where 13 pieces from the brand’s Fall 2018 range will be available to purchase.

“There’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes of running a brand and to be acknowledged and featured on such a well-respected online luxury fashion retailer alongside brands we’ve always admired is a big achievement for us,” says Alzouman, who launched her namesake label in 2014. “It’s definitely something to celebrate.” Indeed, Moda Operandi, which allows pre-orders straight from the runway and offers carefully curated seasonal edits, has helped propel the careers of other up-and-coming designers, including Delpozo and Rosie Assoulin.

Alzouman is known for her feminine and glamorous gowns that feature elements such as voluminous skirts, tulle, and chevron beading. Her latest collection, which is inspired by the book, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil by John Berendt, features classic gowns in a rich color palette of green, navy, black and white.
