This Saudi Fashion Fair Offers a Way to Give Back During Ramadan

The annual charity festival Bisat Al Reeh (which translates to “magic carpet” in Arabic) returns to Jeddah for its 19th edition. The six-day fair, which takes place annually during Ramadan, runs from May 22 to 29 at the International Exhibition and Convention Center. Held under the patronage of HRH Adila bint Abdulla Al Saud and organized by the National Home Health Care Foundation (NHHCF), the exhibition will provide a platform to a number of fashion, jewelry, food, and lifestyle vendors, displaying their products to a large attendance of women from across Saudi Arabia and in the region.

Launched in 2000, the Ramadan bazaar has become one of the most highly anticipated calendar events in the Middle East, and aims to raise funds to support a number of charity programs under the NHHCF organization. Funds collected from ticket purchases and vendor booth sales go towards a number of programs in the Kingdom that assist medical care.
