How Lulwa Al Amin Holds Our Attention for 14 Days

On the twelfth day of Christmas my true love gave to me… The famous carol appears to be the inspiration behind Lulwa Al Amin’s latest holiday collection, in which the Bahraini designer is set to unveil a new product every day throughout the first 14 days of December.

The collection is a creative interpretation of an advent calendar. Al Amin kickstarted the project by way of lavender-filled, silk ornaments on December 1, which were followed by a customizable pearl bomber jacket, festive notepads, a piped cake gown, and pearl millennial pink pants. Each product is unveiled on the designer’s Instagram page, before it is available for purchase on the brand’s e-commerce site. Prices range from AED/SAR 68 to 1,572.

Here, she reveals the full agenda of the 14 Days of December exclusively with Vogue.me. While a couple of the pieces are directly festive-themed (ie. the ornaments), the rest are subtle enough so you can use them long after the holidays are over.

December 6: Men’s ties
December 7: Travel bag set/jewelry bag
December 8: Elephant Circus Lady little black dress
December 9: Feather band sweater dress with detachable pink ruffles
December 10: Pink Dalmatian ruffle sweater
December 11: Satin trimmed bow blazer and slit crepe pants
December 12: Careme Cake top
December 13: Satin pink dress with detachable arms
December 14: E-gift cards
