Tonight in Riyadh, Lebanese couturier Elie Saab staged a spectacular fashion show celebrating 45 years of his maison. Held at The Venue during the annual winter entertainment festival of Riyadh Season, 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab showcased a collection of 300 beautiful pieces. The Riyadh Season Collection Fall 2025 was designed exclusively for this event, and inspired by the classic Arab tales of One Thousand and One Nights, which were reinterpreted through Saab’s distinct vision. The pieces were also styled by Carine Roitfeld, founder and editor-in-chief of CR Fashion Book.

With a promise to blend fashion and entertainment, the 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab event brought together Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, Nancy Ajram, Amr Diab, and Camila Cabello for unforgettable performances while a cast of supermodels including Isabeli Fontana, Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Sara Sampaio, and more walked the runway. The show kicked off on a high note with Halle Berry wowing the audience in her iconic Elie Saab look from the 2002 Academy Awards. Ahead of the show, the actor revealed that today had been the first time she met Saab, nearly 22 years after wearing his creation.

After Berry took her seat on the front row, it was time for the musical acts, starting with Lopez who descended from above in a sparkling tasseled bodysuit by the Lebanese designer. Models walking to Lopez’s electrifying sound wore complimenting looks with feathers straight from the ’20s. Then, it was time for Saab’s signature blooms, with Cabello performing in a glitzy pink number as ultra-feminine designs took the spotlight. Ajram and Diab’s individual performances got the audience grooving to beloved Arab tunes, before the finale that saw Dion make a grand entrance. In only her third public appearance, and second performance since her comeback at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Dion got the audience on their feet and moved to tears with a memorable act. The accompanying looks? A series of dazzling metallic gowns fit for royalty.

On the red carpet, stars spoke to Vogue Arabia about their love for Saab, his creations, and their favorite memories with the brand.

Elie Saab’s role in putting Arab fashion on the global map is one for the books. As witnessed tonight, creativity, Arab culture, and star power are the cornerstones of the designer’s 45-year-long success, and his journey to becoming a household name.
