As the world hurtles into a new year of measured hope, and challenges, it’s clear that we’re in for an unprecedented 2021 full of firsts and exciting new beginnings. While we try and make the most of the opportunities we’re presented with, it’s also important to take a moment and breathe, be grateful for what we have and allow ourselves quiet pockets of silence and introspection in order to re-align ourselves and find our balance once in a while.

Inspirestudio, one of UAE’s beloved yoga, pilates, and fitness centre is launching a series of “Sound-off yoga in the park” at Dubai Hills Park. The class will be a slow meditative vinyasa flow for those who would like to try it out before signing up for their regular sessions every Tuesday and Friday at 4:30pm at a fee of AED 60. Classes can be booked through the Mindbody app.

The Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis, The Palm offers tranquil yoga and meditation sessions with the backdrop of 65,000 marine animals and a vast expanse of blue. The one-hour Hatha yoga sessions are held every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday while the 30-minute Tibetan singing bowls meditation sessions are scheduled every last Saturday of the month.
