The Complete List of Golden Globe 2018 Winners

Golden Globe winners

Saoirse Ronan who won the Best Actress In A Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for her role in Ladybird at the 75th Golden Globe Awards. Rex

The big winner at the Golden Globes 2018 was Martin McDonagh’s Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, which picked up four awards on the night – including that of best motion picture for drama – despite garnering a rather mixed reaction on social media. Meanwhile Sterling K. Brown made history by becoming the first black actor to win in the TV drama lead actor category for his role in This Is Us, speaking of “tremendous sense of pride” in a heartfelt acceptance speech. And Greta Gerwig’s Ladybird picked up the gong for best motion picture for comedy or drama, despite the director herself missing out on a nomination thanks to the all-male nominee list – something which didn’t pass Natalie Portman by (the actress’s dig at the list immediately went viral on Twitter).
