Crash Landing on You fans, it’s time to celebrate — Son Yejin and Hyun Bin are getting married!
On February 10, Yejin herself announced the news on her Instagram account, sharing a picture of her hand holding a tiny wedding dress. The actor accompanied the photo with a lengthy caption, written both in Korean and English. “I thought long and hard about how to share this story because it’s an important one. I found someone to spend the rest of my life with. Yes… it’s him,” Yejin wrote about her co-star in English. “Boy meets girl, recognizes each other in the crowd, promises to build a future together… I couldn’t imagine! It happened so naturally… But, isn’t that destiny? Just being with him, I feel warm and protected. Please help us celebrate the beginning of our future,” her caption continued, later thanking fans for their support. Following Yejin’s post, her agency MS Team Entertainment also confirmed the news on Instagram.

Seeing as he doesn’t have a personal account, Hyun Bin posted about the engagement via VAST Entertainment’s Instagram account, sharing a close-up photo of he and Yejin holding hands. The second post in the photoset is a handwritten letter in Korean that also doubles as the post’s caption. In his letter, Hyun Bin called the engagement “the most important decision” of his life and the “beginning of a new chapter.”

Yejin and Hyun Bin first starred together in the 2018 film The Negotiation. They reunited on-screen for the popular K-drama Crash Landing on You, which premiered on Netflix in 2019. From the minute they shared the screen, fans loved their chemistry and began speculating about a potential off-screen romance between the two. Finally, the couple confirmed the dating rumors in late 2020.
