Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht

Where: Park Hyatt Dubai, Dubai Creek

The Lowdown: When it comes to staycations in the UAE we are spoilt for choice, however, even as new hotels and mega resorts continue to be built, the Park Hyatt Dubai remains a firm favorite when it comes to luxurious R and R in the city. Located in Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht club on the banks of the majestic Dubai Creek, Park Hyatt Dubai, which is just a mere 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport, Gold Souk, Dubai Museum and Burj Khalifa, offers the perfect escape from the hectic city. With top restaurants, a a chic spa, and a new lagoon area there’s plenty experiences to keep you entertained. Start with some idyllic pampering at Amara Spa. Nestled within a private courtyard the sense of serenity begins the moment you enter. While there is a plethora of treatment options, we recommend spoiling a loved one with the Silk Revelation Couple Journey (AED2 950). Lasting 150-minutes, the treatment includes a Carita Renovateur scrub to gently exfoliate and nourish skin, followed by a comforting full body massage applying Baume de Soie. It is completed with a customized facial.

After a soothing spa treatment, head to the resort’s private Lagoon. Part of the hotel’s latest revamp, the lagoon forms part of a waterfront destination with a scenic 2 000sqm quartz sand beach and azure waters with undisturbed views of the Creek and the Dubai skyline. Encircled with lush green landscaping, the lagoon is a real hidden gem, far removed from the concrete of the city. Day passes are complementary for hotel guests, and start from AED360 for outside guests.
