The hotel is conveniently located on Avenue de l’Opéra in Paris’ 1st arrondissement and a short stroll away from the Palais Garnier opera house and its neighboring shopping district, including Galeries Lafayette. Surrounded by history and Haussmann minimalism, Nolinski Paris stands as a temple of art. It is particularly noteworthy that Evok had the novel idea of choosing a very chic neighborhood to place a hotel that epitomizes relaxation and quietude. This unique juxtaposition is what makes Nolinski Paris what it is today.

One of the many highlights of the property is the Spa Nolinksi by La Colline, which creates the most relaxing ambience with Louis XIV armchairs and mirrored ceilings. The soothing space features a sauna and hammam, along with three massage huts. Up on offer are breathing and stretching treatments, relaxing massages, and sessions with a personal trainer.

The 45 rooms (including nine suites) all have the opulence of the classic Parisian lifestyle but with some contemporary developments ranging from a vintage Marshall speaker to modern-day television. The hotel’s designer’s eye for detail and antiques is reflected in the repurposed vintage objects, sculptures, and furniture that adorn the room, maintaining the spirit of the building while also giving it a new age appeal. Guests will also have the opportunity to browse through French-language books on fashion, photography, and art.

Designed in the timeless spirit of the 1930s, Restaurant Nolinski’s menu has been specially curated by chef Philip Chronopoulos. The offerings aim to encapsulate creative gastronomy at its finest using high-quality ingredients in ingenious ways. The Grand Salon, designed by Jean-Louis Deniot and created by Florence Girette, entails a sizable bar and soothing ambiance, and live music.
