The Low Down: The Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach has revived its popular Mercury Lounge evening brunch, which delivers dishes from across the Mediterranean alongside an impressive panoramic view of Dubai’s iconic skyline.
The rooftop venue offers an experience akin to that offered in lounges on the shore of the Mediterranean, perfectly complementing its cuisine. The warm and friendly ambience is accompanied by live entertainment – a singer and musicians who walk amongst the tables and aren’t afraid to try and get you involved for a little dance or sing-a-long.
The lounge provides a perfect 360-degree view of downtown Dubai, shining on the waters of the Arabian Gulf on one side and overlooking Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline on the other.

Returning with a new theme, Mercury’s ‘La Dolce Vita’ fuses the glamour of Rome and a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere to create the most inclusive and robust experience for possible newcomers of Dubai, or simply those admiring the beauty of it.
The service is impeccable and friendly with dishes delivered directly to the table, so you can sit back and relax and enjoy the company, view, entertainment and food. The dishes – selections of antipasti, sharing dishes, and light entrees from across the Mediterranean – are served when all guests are sat at the table. For that extra luxe touch, oysters are opened at the table and caviar is included as one of the dishes. The drinks menu is equally as generous and expansive, including mocktails, cocktails and bubbles.
